1. What is the curriculam followed?
CBSE is the curriculum followed at JSPS
2. What extracurricular activities do you have?
A number of extracurricular activities are conducted after school. To name a few : Music and dance classes, Martial arts classes, Drawing classes, Debates and dramatics club, Table tennis, Team games,
etc. At the main campuses there are provisions for Basket ball courts, Tennis courts, Football ground, Cricket net practice, skating arena, Swimming Pool, etc.

ensured by true hands on approach to make your child a winner in all walks of life. Our systems and processes identify the individual needs of every student, understand their short-comings and take corrective

4. How many children do you have in a class?
We abide by CBSE guidelines and take children of those few parents who are looking for a good education in true sense and share our philosophy of superiority of hands-on-approach over spoon feeding from
the text book. At the maximum we will house 25 students per class.

8. Do you take any donation?
We do not entertain any kind of donation.
9. Can we visit the location and see the school infrastructure?
The interested parents can meet one of the school team members from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, if they would like to visit on Sunday or at any time before 8:30 a.m. or
after 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, they can intimate the school well before hand so that we can ensure that someone is there to assist them.
10. What is the teaching methodology?
To foster an environment where the child not only learns, but enjoys learning. We try to relate everything with practical world and a hands-on approach rather than merely introducing a concept directly
from the text book. While the emphasis is on the academics, extracurricular activities and sports are an integral part of the curriculum.
11. How many books is the child supposed to carry every day?
The number of books that a child carries to school depends upon: a) Class b) Kind of books that are selected c) Time table. Note books and work books are kept at school unless required for home assignment,
to decrease the unnecessary load on school bags.
12. Are the teachers trained? What about their qualifications and experience?
We ensure that all teachers meet the required qualifications as enlisted by CBSE, what we imbibe at JSPS is a nurturing approach and inherent love towards children and education.
14. Is it a five day or six day week for the students?
We follow the five day week schedule.
15. Is there a uniform? If yes, then where can we buy it from?
We have a regular uniform as well as sports uniform. The samples are available at the school in different sizes. Parents may place the order at the school.
16. Is the fee payable term wise?
Fee can be paid on lump sum or term basis.
17. What about the after school hobby classes / club etc.?
We encourage individual talent and our teachers hone them. Art, painting, kraft, to name a few are regular. Our children are encouraged to join debate, theatre, NCC and green clubs. We are adding more
that offer a wide perspective and appeal to every student.
18. What is the participation ratio of children in Annual day / Sports day?
It is 100%. We encourage everyone to participate in these two most important events.
19. Does the school provide food for Montessori and Kindergarten children?
No. We encourage children to bring healthy food with them, something that they would enjoy eating. Please avoid processed and junk food. You may take the assistance of our nutritionist who is available
on appointment to ensure that you child gets the right proportion of proteins, vitamins and carbo-hydrates
20. What is the school's policy on both verbal and corporal punishment?
We strongly dissuade punishment. At JSPS we aim to nourish the natural desire of children to explore new thing. We catalyze the process of learning by discovery, by appropriately guiding the child. Simultaneously,
we make the students realize the importance of discipline as a way of life.
21. Do you provide transportation facility?
Door-to-door pick up and drop transportation facility (provided there is a motor able road in front of the residence) is provided. We also ensure that a lady attendant is always there in the vehicle for
the safety of your child.
22. My house is too far from the school and my child is too young, how can I send him / her to such a distant place?
A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. At JSPS, we see that the child not only learns in classrooms but also from surroundings and through practical exposure. We ensure the child gets
quality education which is very essential in shaping his / her future. We make sure that travelling the distance is worth its while. Moreover we have door-to-door pick up and drop transportation facility
with an attendant in the vehicle for the safety of your child.
23. When do admissions begin?
Applications are issued from October 1st of every year.
